    Unified Commercial Property Management - Senior Property Manager Position Available

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of Commercial Property Owners Associations (POA/COA) in Scottsdale, AZ. This role requires a high-level operational leader skilled at navigating complex board governance, multi-tenant commercial environments, large-scale capital projects, and vendor management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Board Governance & Association Management: Serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors for both associations. Lead board meetings, enforce CC&Rs, prepare board packages, and ensure strict compliance with Arizona association statutes.
    • Financial Management: Oversee multi-million dollar operating budgets, reserve funds, and capital improvement planning. Handle financial reporting, annual budget preparation, and collection strategy.
    • Site Operations & Vendor Oversight: Direct daily physical operations across both multi-building commercial sites. Negotiate, manage, and hold accountable service contractors (landscaping, HVAC, security, janitorial, roofing, etc.).
    • Capital Improvement Projects: Plan and execute large-scale structural, cosmetic, and system upgrades, coordinating closely with engineers, contractors, and city inspectors.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Experience:7+ years of commercial property management experience, with at least 3+ years managing Commercial POAs/HOAs or large-scale master associations.
    • Licensing & Certification:
      • Arizona Real Estate License
      • Professional designations preferred (e.g., CPM, CCAM, PCAM, or RPA).
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Yardi Voyager commercial property software.
    • Key Traits: Strong executive presence, deep understanding of CC&R interpretation/enforcement, exceptional written/verbal communication.
