Senior Property Manager

A respected and well-established full-service commercial real estate firm is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join its growing team. What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties with a primary focus on retail shopping centers.
• Oversee day-to-day property operations to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, contractors, and ownership groups.
• Prepare and administer operating budgets and monitor property financial performance.
• Coordinate maintenance, capital improvement projects, and vendor contracts.
• Review financial reports, approve invoices, and monitor operating expenses.
• Ensure compliance with lease provisions, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Partner closely with accounting, leasing, and executive leadership to maximize asset value and tenant satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Several years of commercial property management experience.
• Retail property management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong financial and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using Yardi property management software is highly preferred and ARGUS is a plus.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
