Senior Property ManagerThe Senior Property Manager will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and take full ownership of a diverse industrial portfolio, ensuring strong financial performance and tenant satisfaction.Oversee day-to-day operations across warehouses, distribution centres, and flex/manufacturing assetsAct as the primary point of contact for tenants, managing communications, service requests, and issue resolutionConduct regular property inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards, lease obligations, and company policiesPrepare and manage operating budgets, capital expenditure plans, and financial reportingLead vendor management, negotiate service contracts, and oversee preventative maintenance programmesManage capital improvement projects, including procurement, scheduling, and budget controlCollaborate cross-functionally with leasing, asset management, construction, and ownership teams to execute value-add strategiesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
