    Job Description:The Senior Property Accountant manages financial accounting for multiple properties, including reporting, CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and journal entries.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee accounting functions for a portfolio of 20+ properties.

    • Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

    • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for multiple properties.

    • Perform CAM reconciliations and manage monthly accruals.

    • Prepare journal entries and assist with lease interpretation for reporting compliance.

    • Analyze variances between actuals and budgets, providing actionable insights.

    • Assist with preparation and monitoring of annual property budgets.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of full-cycle property accounting experience, preferably handling 10+ properties.

    • Experience with Yardi Voyager strongly preferred.

    • Proficient in accrual accounting, journal entries, variance analysis, and budgeting.

    • Commercial property experience and CAM reconciliation experience preferred.

    • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
