Senior Project Manager with Payments

Our client, a Financial company, is looking for a Senior Project Manager with Payments for their Richmond, VA/ Riverwoods, IL/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, catalog, and action settlement support legal mail in digitized mail database. Legal mail consists of liens, levies, garnishments & court order holds for global payment network (GPN) participants.
• Settlement Support Team
• Legacy Discover Operations on Payment / Wire transactions
• Deliver ongoing operations in a highly regulated process & zero threshold
• Taxes holding, check processing on court orders
• Diners Club International & levies garnishments

Requirements:

• Hands on Payment Project Manager role with strong project management, Wire / Payment and excellent communications background.
• Reporting in the Wires, focusing on wires, approve the wires within the deadlines
• Top Skills:
• 10+ Yrs exp is a must
• Project Management / Program Management exp is a must
• 10 yrs Payments / Wire exp is a must
• Nice to have:
• Reconciliation
• Levies garnishments
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent Communications
