Senior Project Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale initiatives involving Microsoft Azure and AI technologies from project definition through implementation and deployment. This role will oversee project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and cross-functional delivery while ensuring projects remain aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong enterprise project management experience along with a solid understanding of cloud-based solutions, Microsoft Azure, and AI-driven technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from project definition and planning through implementation and deployment.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Manage multiple concurrent Azure and AI initiatives, ensuring delivery within agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Establish project governance, reporting cadence, and communication plans for project teams and key stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day direction and coordination of project resources.
• Monitor project progress against milestones and proactively address schedule variances, issues, and risks.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks.
• Ensure effective change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, budgets, and executive-level communications.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across technical teams, business stakeholders, leadership, and other cross-functional groups.
• Apply sound judgment, analysis, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to drive successful project outcomes.
• Help drive adoption of AI-enabled business solutions and ensure projects deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in an enterprise or technology environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing the complete project lifecycle from definition through implementation.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, cost, schedule, quality, resources, and risks.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure and/or cloud-based technology initiatives.
• Exposure to AI-driven technologies, AI implementations, or AI-related projects.
• Strong project planning, organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience developing project plans, status reporting, budgets, and project documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
