Senior Project Manager - UKG Dimensions Systems (Located In Bellevue, WA)

Overlake Medical Center is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead workforce management and technology initiatives, with an immediate focus on UKG Dimensions and Workday integrations. As a member of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), this role will manage UKG-related projects while supporting additional strategic enterprise initiatives over time.

The ideal candidate brings experience in workforce management systems, payroll processes, healthcare compliance, and organizational change management. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Compliance, Labor Relations, Nursing Operations, and Information Services to deliver complex solutions that improve operations, maintain compliance, and support organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. (Candidates who are not certified must become certified within one year of their hire date.)
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience leading complex technology, operational, compliance, or workforce-related projects and programs.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading UKG Dimensions (Kronos Workforce Dimensions) implementation, optimization, upgrade, or enhancement initiatives.
• Experience supporting integrations between UKG Dimensions, Workday HCM, Payroll, and related enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of workforce management, timekeeping, scheduling, payroll, and labor compliance processes.
• Proven organizational change management experience, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training, readiness, adoption, and sustainment activities.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional organizational, facilitation, problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
