Overlake Medical Center is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead workforce management and technology initiatives, with an immediate focus on UKG Dimensions and Workday integrations. As a member of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), this role will manage UKG-related projects while supporting additional strategic enterprise initiatives over time.
The ideal candidate brings experience in workforce management systems, payroll processes, healthcare compliance, and organizational change management. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Compliance, Labor Relations, Nursing Operations, and Information Services to deliver complex solutions that improve operations, maintain compliance, and support organizational priorities.
