An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading Tier One main contractor on a major, business-critical project in Suffolk.

You will take a key leadership role within a high-performing delivery team, overseeing complex work packages and ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

The role

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across key stages of project delivery
  • Manage programme, commercial performance, risk and quality
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, supply-chain partners and senior stakeholders
  • Drive a positive culture focused on safety, collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Identify risks and opportunities, implementing effective mitigation plans
  • Ensure delivery against agreed project objectives and milestones

About you

  • Proven experience delivering major, complex construction or infrastructure projects
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of programme, risk and commercial management
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and specialist supply chains
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
  • Relevant construction, engineering or project-management qualifications
