Leonard S. Fiore Inc. LSF is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, working closely with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver successful projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project execution plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to optimize cost, schedule, and field performance.
• Monitor project budgets, pay applications, and change orders to meet financial targets.
• Prepare project reports identifying progress risks and required actions.
• Support early project development and client submissions.
• Conduct regular project meetings with internal teams and trade partners.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
• Foster a positive team environment and support staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant commercial construction experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Current OSHA 30 Hour Certification.
