Description
This Senior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading technical projects throughout the product development lifecycle
- Coordinating requirement reviews, PDRs, CDRs, DDRs, and validation readiness reviews
- Managing project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using Planview and project management tools
- Driving cross-functional collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams
- Monitoring project risks, dependencies, and action plans
- Facilitating technical design reviews and stakeholder communications
- Ensuring compliance with engineering processes and project governance requirements
- Supporting verification, validation, and product release activities
- Tracking project performance and implementing corrective actions when needed
- Providing technical leadership on electrical engineering-focused programs
Profile
A Successful Senior Technical Project Manager will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required
- Experience managing complex technical or engineering projects
- Knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems
- Experience with RF power systems
- Strong project scheduling and planning expertise
- Experience leading technical design and review processes
- Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership skills
- Semiconductor capital equipment experience preferred
