The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Senior Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acts as single POC to Contracting Officer & COR
- Leads enterprise-wide project delivery and execution
- Develops and advises strategic roadmaps
- Manages integrated SME teams
- Oversees multi-project resource allocation and schedules
- Supports requirements development & management
- Drives operations & maintenance (O&M) for campus complexes
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing and delivering enterprise-wide federal government programs.
- Demonstrated experience supporting campus operations and maintenance programs.
- Experience managing integrated, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
