We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our team located in Saint Louis, MO. This role requires an on-site presence at our client''s headquarters for approximately 20 hours per month.
The Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master will lead a large-scale Quality Assurance and Testing Services engagement valued at more than $10M annually, supporting our client''s digital web and mobile product portfolio. This role is responsible for the overall planning, governance, coordination, reporting, and successful delivery of QA initiatives across multiple products, releases, teams, and testing environments.
Must have proven experience leading QA delivery organizations, managing Agile programs, coordinating complex release schedules, and driving executive-level communications. They will oversee testing metrics, risks, dependencies, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement to ensure high-quality releases and operational excellence across the program.
This is a highly visible leadership role that requires exceptional organizational skills, strong executive presence, and the ability to effectively engage both technical teams and senior business stakeholders. The successful candidate must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent workstreams and managing distributed teams.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $150,000.00.
