Senior Project Manager Santa Clarita -DSA Construction

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial, contractual, and operational aspects of construction projects throughout the Palmdale region. This individual will work closely with field teams, clients, subcontractors, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery.

Description

Our Senior Project Manager will be resonsible for:

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, and overall project performance
• Prepare and negotiate subcontract agreements
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and field teams
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activities
• Monitor project costs and maintain profitability objectives
• Support project scheduling and risk management initiatives
• Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Profile

The ideal Senior Project Manager will have:

• 10+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
• Solid tenure with reputable General Contractors
• Experience managing public works, educational, commercial, or civic projects
• Proven success overseeing projects valued between $10M and $100M+
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and project financials
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Job Offer

• Base Salary: $185,000 - $205,000
