Position Summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring a Senior Project Manager for a building materials client supporting Roofing Systems capital projects.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for equipment and work specifications, develops schedules, budgets, and forecasts, selects materials, equipment, project resources, and contractors, and ensures all aspects of the design are reviewed technically and commercially for scope, safety, quality, and functionality.

The role leads a cross-functional project team that typically consists of plant personnel, discipline engineers, procurement staff, and external engineering contractors. The Senior Project Manager reports to the project steering team, which reviews options and provides support and guidance at the various phases of the project.

Position Details

Base Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
Locations: Alabama, Colorado, Nevada, Ohio, and Pennsylvania
Travel: Heavy travel required, more than 50 percent

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, in mechanical, electrical, or chemical disciplines.
  
• Five or more years of engineering experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
  
• Strong project management skills with projects valued up to $20 million.
  
• Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
  
• Exposure to SAP systems is a plus.
  
• Heavy travel required, more than 50 percent.
  

Client Ideal Candidate Profile

• The successful candidate will begin immediately on an upcoming strategic capital project, learning INVEX and JM systems.
  
• The candidate will start on smaller work and progress to projects valued between $1 million and $5 million, within a division ceiling of $20 million.
  
• Responsibilities include estimating project costs, working through stage gates, securing funding, ordering equipment, hiring and managing vendors, and leading contractors on site.
  
• The ideal candidate will be based in Littleton, Colorado, or near one of the Roofing Systems plant locations. While this role may offer flexibility when traveling, proximity to a plant is required to support on-site collaboration and operational needs.
