Licensed and operating in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. Their portfolio includes Healthcare, Academic, Commercial, Residential, and Historical work. Values ranging up to $25M.

Description

The SPM is responsible for:

  • Completing projects on time and within budget
  • Processing/approving project invoices & client requisitions on time
  • Monthly cost to complete/project financial projections
  • Positive client feedback/satisfaction
  • Effectively collaborating & communicating with internal/external parties
  • Managing multiple subcontractors on-site
  • Touch every aspect of the business: financials, estimating, contracts, etc.

Profile

The right SPM candidate has the following qualifications:

  • Healthcare / Hospital project experience (required)
  • 5-10+ years of PM experience with a General Contractor (required)
  • Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
  • Familiarity with project financials - invoice approval, requisitions, internal reporting
  • OSHA 30
  • Construction-related degree (highly preferred)
