This is a hands-on project management role for someone who understands the pace and complexity of creative agency work. You'll partner with creative, media, account, and strategy teams to establish clear timelines, manage workloads, anticipate risks, and ensure projects move from kickoff to completion on time and within scope.

You'll also take ownership of external resource coordination, helping the agency source, onboard, and manage freelancers and contractors while supporting sustainable workloads across internal teams.

This role is ideal for a proactive agency project manager who doesn't simply track tasks but actively creates clarity, accountability, and momentum.

    What You'll Do

    Project Delivery & Accountability

    • Own end-to-end project management for assigned client accounts and workstreams, from kickoff through final delivery.

    • Build and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and dependencies.

    • Monitor project health, identify risks, and communicate potential issues before they escalate.

    • Partner with account teams to support client-facing deadlines and manage expectations.

    • Manage project scope documentation, change orders, and status reporting.

    • Ensure project information, task ownership, and deadlines remain current and visible.

    Creative & Media Project Management

    • Manage creative production workflows across design, content, video, and other client deliverables.

    • Partner with media leadership to coordinate media workstreams, schedules, and deliverables.

    • Collaborate with creative, media, account, and strategy teams to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Provide structure, follow-through, and accountability across teams and department leads.

    • Help identify workflow gaps and implement solutions that improve delivery efficiency.

    Resource Planning & Coordination

    • Own external resource coordination, including sourcing, onboarding, briefing, and deliverable tracking for freelancers and contractors.

    • Partner with PM team members and department leads to support internal resource allocation.

    • Lead weekly resourcing discussions to identify capacity constraints and upcoming needs.

    • Help balance team workloads to support sustainable delivery and reduce bottlenecks.

    • Maintain visibility into resource requirements across active and upcoming projects.

    Documentation & Process Improvement

    • Maintain accurate project tracking in the agency's project management system.

    • Champion consistent time tracking and use project data to monitor project health.

    • Maintain clear project documentation, including briefs, schedules, status updates, and decisions.

    • Promote proactive communication and consistent project management practices across the team.

    What We're Looking For

    Required Qualifications

    • 8–12 years of project management experience within a marketing, creative, or digital agency. Agency experience is required.

    • Hands-on experience managing creative production workflows, media deliverables, and integrated campaign timelines.

    • Strong understanding of how creative, account, media, and strategy teams collaborate.

    • Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing deadlines simultaneously.

    • Experience coordinating external resources, including freelancer or contractor sourcing, onboarding, and deliverable management.

    • Proficiency with an agency project management platform and the ability to champion consistent adoption.

    • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

    • Experience partnering with senior creatives, media leads, and department heads.
