Description

  • Lead multiple public construction projects simultaneously
  • Oversee project managers, engineers, and field teams
  • Manage procurement, budgets, schedules, and client communication
  • Review and negotiate subcontract agreements
  • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Maintain compliance with governmental regulations and reporting requirements
  • Support business development and client retention efforts

Profile

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience with a general contractor
  • Extensive public, municipal, or government project experience
  • Strong financial and operational management skills
  • Experience leading large-scale projects and project teams
  • Proficiency with construction management software
