We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale public and institutional construction projects throughout New Jersey. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project delivery, managing client relationships, and driving successful outcomes on projects ranging from $30M to $50M+.

Description
- Lead multiple public and institutional construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement activities, and overall project execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and public agencies.
- Oversee contract administration, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Coordinate internal project teams, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with public bidding requirements, local regulations, safety standards, and quality expectations.
- Participate in client presentations, project meetings, and executive-level reporting.
- Mentor and develop junior project management staff.
- Drive successful project delivery while maintaining strong client satisfaction.

Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- 10+ years of experience working for a General Contractor.
- Proven experience managing $30M-$50M+ ground-up public construction projects.
- Experience with higher education, institutional, laboratory, healthcare, or other comparable complex projects.
- Design-build project experience is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Presents professionally and possesses a strong client-facing personality.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build lasting client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
- Software proficiency with industry-standard construction management platforms such as Procore, CMiC, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
