Senior Project Manager

Are you an experienced HVAC or Mechanical Project Manager ready for your next opportunity? We are seeking a Senior HVAC Project Manager to join a well-established mechanical construction team in the Boston Metro area.

This is a great opportunity for a proven Project Manager who enjoys managing complex commercial projects, working with clients and subcontractors, and taking projects from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Manage large commercial HVAC/mechanical projects from start to finish
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and financial projections
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments
• Review bids, scopes, subcontracts, purchase orders, drawings, and submittals
• Monitor project costs, manpower, schedules, and overall performance
• Prepare and negotiate change orders
• Resolve issues with vendors, subcontractors, GCs, and clients
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Support project closeout and documentation
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of relevant project management experience
• Experience managing large commercial construction projects
• Strong background in HVAC, mechanical systems, or mechanical construction
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam
• Navisworks and/or CMiC experience is a plus
