    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex IT projects in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multimillion-dollar projects, multiple vendors, and cross-functional technical teams.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager.

    • 8+ years managing projects with budgets exceeding $20 million.

    • 8+ years managing IT projects in large, complex enterprise environments.

    • 8+ years of experience managing vendors and third-party solution providers.

    • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

    • PMP certification or other relevant project management certification.

    • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

    • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Experience managing multi-vendor environments.

    • Experience with Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) technology implementations.

    • Experience overseeing technical teams involved in system architecture and SaaS integrations.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with project portfolio management tools such as Clarity.

    • Previous state government or public-sector experience.

    • Department of Corrections experience is a plus.

    • Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.

    • Strong experience with project governance, risk management, budget tracking, change management, and vendor contracts.

    Work Location Requirements:

    • Must currently reside within Michigan.

    • Must be available onsite in Lansing from Day 1.

    • Mandatory onsite days: Monday and Tuesday every week.

    • Remote work permitted Wednesday through Friday.

    • Must be available for an in-person second-round interview.

    • Michigan driver's license address will be verified before the interview.
