General Contractor Project ManagerMy client is a General Contractor based in Greater Phoenix and a leading builder in various market segments. The Phoenix office provides employees and clients with the accessibility and support of a local firm, backed by the stability and resources of a multinational organization.Foster and maintain positive relationships with owners, owner representatives, architects, designers, property managers, consultants, and subcontractors.Ensure clear communication and effective delegation among all team members.Mentor, coach, and train Assistant Project Managers.Oversee financial management for all project phases, including estimating, bidding, cost tracking, and project closeout.Attend pre-bid and site review meetings.Estimate construction budgets and review or prepare bid packages.Lead meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.Monitor the performance of project superintendents, ensuring all subcontracted trades meet the highest industry standards.Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating the scope of work for all trades.Manage owner contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and associated change orders.Coordinate and document weekly project site meetings.Handle all submissions and inspections required by governing agencies.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
