A growing General Contractor is looking for an experienced Project Manager to help lead Public Works and DSA projects throughout the Pasadena market.

Our Senior Project Manager will be resonsible for:

• Lead project teams from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement
• Oversee subcontractor relationships and project execution
• Coordinate with school districts, consultants, owners, and agencies
• Drive project financial performance and schedule adherence
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout activities
• Ensure DSA and Public Works compliance
