Job Description:
Intellectt Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major packaging capital projects from design through construction, qualification and operational handover. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering projects valued at $30 million or more in Total Installed Cost (TIC).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full capital project lifecycle, including design, procurement, construction, installation and qualification.
• Lead projects involving packaging lines and serialization systems.
• Own project scope, budgets, schedules, resources and change control.
• Coordinate Engineering, Construction, Operations, Quality, Validation and external partners.
• Oversee equipment vendors, contractors and project execution activities.
• Manage project risks, dependencies and delivery issues.
• Support commissioning, qualification and handover to packaging operations.
• Provide project status, financial and milestone reporting to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing capital projects of $30M+ TIC.
• Experience delivering projects across design, construction and qualification.
• Direct project experience with packaging lines and serialization.
• Current PMP certification required.
• Strong budget, schedule, risk and contractor management skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate with senior stakeholders.
