Direct planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of complex capital projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders. Monitor project performance, costs, timelines, and key deliverables. Facilitate stakeholder communications, meetings, and executive reporting. Ensure alignment with project goals, quality standards, and contractual commitments. Manage project closeout, operational transition, and post-completion activities. Foster collaborative team environments and effective decision-making.

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. 10-15 years of experience running projects from start to finish. Experience working on healthcare and/or municipal projects. Experience working in a design-build construction environment. Collaborates well with a team. Motivated to grow. Hard working.
Salary of $130,000 to $150,000 depending on experience. Annual bonuses between 10% - 20%. Annual vehicle allowance. 100% covered medical/dental/vision for employee + family. 4% 401k match. 20 days PTO + 10 paid holidays. Work from home flexibility (2-3 days per week).
