At Bildt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.

At Bildt, construction is about more than delivering a project. It’s about building lasting relationships, creating strong teams, and finding better ways to bring projects from concept to completion. You’ll develop project strategies, manage budgets and risk, coordinate schedules and supply chain needs, and use production data to help improve forecasting and operational performance. Just as importantly, you’ll coach and develop project teams, strengthen client relationships, support sales and product development efforts, and bring people together to solve complex challenges. We’re looking for a seasoned construction leader with 10+ years of related experience who understands construction and manufacturing processes, project financials, production planning, and lean improvement, and who leads with the honesty, accountability, collaboration, and grit that reflect Bildt’s culture.
