Commercial Construction Project Manager

Manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to align project goals.

Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.

Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain progress and quality.

Prepare project status reports and present updates to leadership teams.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure project success.

Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and strategies.

10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.

Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ through completion.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Strong understanding of scheduling software, project controls, and construction accounting.

Proven ability to manage owner relationships and lead project teams.

Experience in healthcare, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, education, or large commercial projects.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Stable work history with reputable General Contractors.

Base salary: $140,000 - $190,000.
