What You'll Do:

Manage and direct large revenue projects while maintaining the company's reputation for quality
Negotiate fair, profitable project cost and design with owners, engineers, and general contractors
Perform design calculations and prepare equipment/material specifications leading to construction documents
Coordinate the work of general contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and designers to meet project requirements
Monitor project labor and material budgets; support startup, troubleshooting, and punch list closeout

Must-Have Qualifications:

15+ years of project management experience in HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical piping
Well-rounded construction experience in plumbing/piping, sheet metal, prefabrication, and HVAC projects
Experience working with general contractors, owners, and mechanical subcontractors
Understanding of the HVAC commissioning process
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) preferred
