Job Responsibilities

Lone Star Turbo is seeking a senior project manager with 5+ years' experience. Project Managers directly support our customers after an order is received all the way through the startup process. They will be the customer advocate while also submitting detailed engineering documents for approval, releasing the project internally, managing third party buyouts, resolving conflicts, documenting testing, and coordinating startup of equipment. Essentially, this individual would be responsible for the complete planning, executing, and completion of projects. This includes our complete product line of blower & compressor packages. Other position responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders, including senior management and customers. This includes maintaining effective internal communication to ensure that all requirements are met on the project. This also includes the highest level of communication through customer advocacy ensuring 95% or greater customer satisfaction.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met on time.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend and promote continuous improvement practices within the project management process.
• Vendor Management: Oversee and manage relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders. Preparing engineering documents, submittals, and document testing.

1. Interpret engineering drawings (wiring/GA/MFG)

5. Understand detailed technical specifications for full scope of project
6. Blower/compressor performance
7. Maintenance of trouble shooting of rotating equipment and PLC's"
