We are seeking a Senior Project
Manager with extensive experience in managing CapEx projects within the
pharmaceutical industry. The role involves overseeing project schedules,
budgets, and reporting for a complex CQV initiative. The Project Manager will
work closely with cross -functional teams, ensuring alignment with project
milestones and regulatory compliance.<\/span>

• Develop, manage, and maintain the project schedule, budget, and financial
tracking.<\/span>
<\/p>
• Coordinate cross -functional teams including CQV, engineering, and construction.<\/span>
<\/p>
• Lead project reporting activities, including regular updates to stakeholders on
project status, risks, and budget adherence.<\/span>
<\/p>
• Monthly schedule and cost reporting incl. cash flow curves and resource
utilization (mobilization)<\/span>
<\/p>
• Facilitate communication between construction, engineering, and validation
teams.<\/span>
<\/p>
• Manage project changes, ensuring documentation and approvals align with company
standards.<\/span>
<\/p>
• Implement risk management processes to mitigate project delays or cost
overruns.<\/span>
<\/p><\/span>
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.<\/span>
<\/p>
• 10+ years of experience managing CapEx projects in the pharmaceutical industry.<\/span>
<\/p>
• Strong background in commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV).<\/span>
<\/p>
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and methodologies.<\/span>
<\/p>
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/span>
<\/p>
• PMP certification is a plus. <\/span>
