Our client is a well-established commercial construction firm recognized for delivering high-quality projects across healthcare, educational, industrial, commercial, athletic, religious, and historic restoration sectors. Their portfolio includes large-scale renovations, facility expansions, ground-up construction, and specialized projects for a diverse range of repeat clients.
Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations. Oversee project documentation and reporting to maintain accurate records. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.

A successful Senior Project Manager should have: experience managing construction projects in the Business Services industry.
