Senior Project Manager

Job Description
Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations. Oversee project documentation and reporting to maintain accurate records. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager should have: experience managing construction projects in the Business Services industry. Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Ability to lead teams and collaborate with various stakeholders effectively. Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in construction. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
