Job TitleLead landmark multifamily projects with full lifecycle ownershipJob DescriptionLead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction planning through final closeout. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial reporting. Oversee project teams including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants. Manage client relationships and serve as the primary project contact throughout delivery. Drive procurement, subcontractor engagement, contract administration, and risk management efforts. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control procedures, and company best practices. Coordinate design teams, ownership groups, and field operations to maintain project objectives. Identify project challenges proactively and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget targets. Facilitate project meetings and provide executive-level reporting on project performance. Support team development through mentoring and leadership of junior staff.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 8+ years of construction management experience with progressively increasing project responsibility. Demonstrated success managing large-scale multifamily, mixed-use, residential, or commercial projects. Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and project controls. Experience leading cross-functional project teams and managing client relationships. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Stable career progression with a track record of delivering successful projects.
