Job Description
Manage multifamily construction projects from planning through completion. Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, site progress, safety, quality, and client communication. Lead project teams, resolve construction issues, control costs, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
10+ years of multifamily construction project management experience
Construction project planning, scheduling, and execution
Budget management, cost control, and change orders
Subcontractor, vendor, and stakeholder coordination
Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
OSHA 10-hour certification minimum (card required)
Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work onsite in Kansas City, MO
