Multifamily Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Manage multifamily construction projects through planning, execution, and closeout. Lead project teams, assign work, and support performance development. Oversee budgets, schedules, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office tools to manage project delivery. Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and client requirements.

The Successful Applicant

2+ years of project management experience within construction. Experience delivering multifamily, residential, or commercial projects. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to learn and effectively use Procore project management software. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary: $100,000-$130,000 base salary plus performance-based incentives. 15% bonus opportunity plus additional project-based incentives and profit-sharing. $600/month vehicle allowance and 401(k) program. 3 weeks PTO, clear progression opportunities, and employee ownership benefits.
