Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical

Prince William County has become one of the busiest data center corridors anywhere, and Manassas sits right in the middle of it. A well-established general contractor is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead mission-critical work here, and they'd love to meet a steady, people-first leader who likes big, fast-moving projects and a team that has each other's backs.

What You'll Do

• Lead large data center builds from preconstruction and buyout through commissioning, energization and turnover

• Own the full financial picture, including budgets, forecasts, change orders, contracts and monthly billing

• Be the trusted point of contact for hyperscale and colocation owners, design teams and trade partners

• Plan procurement of long-lead electrical and mechanical equipment and keep the schedule on track

• Work side by side with superintendents on safety, quality, site logistics and integrated systems testing

• Mentor project managers, project engineers and assistant PMs and help them grow

What You Bring

• Senior-level project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical construction (required)

• Strong knowledge of power and cooling systems, MEP coordination and the commissioning process

• A track record of delivering complex projects safely, on time and on budget

• Calm, clear communication and a knack for building strong relationships

• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
