Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical

Southern Nevada has quietly become one of the country's most active data center markets, with big campuses rising across the southwest side of the Las Vegas Valley. A well-regarded general contractor is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead mission-critical builds here. If you enjoy large, technical projects and want a team that keeps things straightforward and supportive, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Do

• Lead data center and mission-critical projects from preconstruction and buyout through commissioning and turnover
• Own the budget, schedule, forecasting and change management, and give owners clear, honest updates
• Build strong working relationships with owners, design teams and electrical and mechanical trade partners
• Coach and develop project managers, assistant project managers and project engineers
• Work hand in hand with superintendents on safety, quality and site logistics
• Map out phased turnovers and integrated systems testing so critical spaces go live on schedule

What You Bring

• Senior-level project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical work (required)
• Real familiarity with critical power, cooling, heavy MEP coordination and commissioning
• A history of delivering complex projects on time and on budget
• A calm, approachable leadership style and strong communication skills
• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
