Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical

Hillsboro has become one of the busiest data center hubs in the Pacific Northwest, with large campuses going up and expanding year after year. A well-established general contractor is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead mission-critical builds on the west side of the Portland metro. If you like big, technical projects and a team that actually has your back, this could be a great next step.

What You'll Do

• Lead large data center and mission-critical projects from preconstruction and buyout through commissioning and turnover
• Own the overall budget, schedule, forecasting and change management, and keep owners informed with clear, honest updates
• Build strong relationships with owners, design teams and electrical and mechanical trade partners
• Guide project managers, assistant project managers and project engineers, and help them grow their careers
• Partner with superintendents on safety, quality and logistics across active jobsites
• Plan phased turnovers and integrated systems testing so critical spaces come online on time

What You Bring

• Senior-level project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical projects (required)
• Hands-on knowledge of critical power, cooling, dense MEP coordination and commissioning
• A track record of delivering complex projects on budget and on schedule
• A calm, approachable leadership style and solid communication skills
• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
