Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical

A well-established general contractor is looking for a Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical to lead work out here. What You'll Do

• Lead mission-critical projects from preconstruction and buyout all the way through commissioning and turnover

• Own the overall budget, schedule, forecasting, change management and owner billing

• Build strong, trusting relationships with owners, design teams and trade partners

• Plan ahead for long-lead electrical and mechanical equipment like switchgear, generators, UPS systems and chillers

• Partner with field leadership on safety, quality, phasing and integrated systems testing

• Coach and develop project managers, project engineers and assistant project managers

What You Bring

• Senior-level project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical construction (required)

• Solid understanding of critical power, cooling, MEP coordination and commissioning

• A track record of delivering large, fast-paced projects on budget and on schedule

• Friendly, steady communication with owners, engineers and field crews

• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
