It operates in an international, collaborative environment focused on technical excellence, innovation, and high-performance project delivery.Job DescriptionYou will report directly into Senior Leadership and be responsible for:Participating in proposal development activities and supporting commercial negotiations during the final sales process.Establishing project budgets, organizational structures, execution strategies, and schedules for new projects.Coordinating project schedules with Engineering, Construction, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful execution.Evaluating supplier and subcontractor proposals while negotiating scope, pricing, and equipment requirements.Managing all phases of project execution to ensure delivery within schedule, budget, and quality requirements.Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, key subcontractors, and external stakeholders.Monitoring and reporting project milestones, schedules, financial performance, revenue, cash flow forecasts, and margins.Administering change orders, claims management activities, and contractual compliance processes.Overseeing project documentation and ensuring compliance with internal and customer requirements.Collaborating with engineering, procurement, quality control, and construction teams throughout project lifecycles.Conducting site visits and providing project supervision when required.Preparing and presenting accurate and timely reports to senior management.Promoting company values through effective leadership, teamwork, customer focus, and collaboration.The Successful ApplicantA successful candidate will:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.Minimum 15 years of project management experience within thermal power generation, heat rejection systems, cooling technologies, or related heavy industrial sectors.Proven experience managing large-scale industrial projects valued at $10M+ and leading multidisciplinary project teams.Strong knowledge of heat exchange systems, mechanical construction, and industrial equipment including steel structures, piping, ducting, fans, motors, and pumps.Experience working with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and global stakeholders throughout project execution.Proficiency with Microsoft Project and familiarity with CAD environments.Demonstrated expertise in project controls, financial management, contract administration, change orders, and claims management.Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with willingness to travel as required.What's on OfferThe candidate will receive:Competitive CompensationAnnual performance bonus401K Match3 weeks PTOHealth and Dental InsuranceHighly inclusive work environmentHighly accessible management
