Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical

The west side of the Portland metro has grown into one of the Pacific Northwest's strongest data center hubs, with mild weather, reliable power and room to build. A respected general contractor is adding a Senior Project Manager to lead mission-critical projects from its Beaverton-area team. What You'll Do

- Lead data center and mission-critical projects from preconstruction and buyout through commissioning and turnover

- Own budgets, forecasts, cost reports, change orders and owner billing

- Build trusted, long-term relationships with owners, design teams and trade partners

- Map out procurement for long-lead gear like switchgear, generators, UPS systems and cooling equipment

- Partner with superintendents on safety, quality, logistics and phased energization

- Coach and develop project managers, assistant project managers and project engineers

What You Bring

- Senior project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical work (required)

- Solid understanding of critical power, mechanical cooling, MEP coordination and integrated systems testing

- A history of delivering large, fast-paced projects safely, on time and on budget

- A calm, collaborative leadership style and clear communication

- A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
