Senior Project Manager

Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager who excels at bringing people, processes, and priorities together to deliver successful outcomes. This contract role offers the opportunity to lead complex initiatives, partner with stakeholders across the organization, and drive projects from concept to completion while ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and initiation through implementation and completion.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define project goals, scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reporting.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams and project stakeholders.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure transparency regarding project performance and outcomes.
• Support decision-making by providing analysis, recommendations, and timely escalation of risks and roadblocks.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and organizational priorities.
• Adapt project plans and priorities as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading projects from initiation through completion in complex business or technology environments.
• Strong project planning, coordination, and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization.
• Experience identifying, analyzing, managing, and mitigating project risks and issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information from multiple sources and drive effective outcomes.
• Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs, metrics, project health indicators, and success measures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation experience.
• Ability to lead meetings, drive decisions, and maintain momentum across project teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery environments preferred.
• PMP certification or related project management credentials are beneficial.

The base range for this contract position is $45.00- $65.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
