Job Description

The Senior MEP Project Manager - Top 30 ENR GC will be responsible for:

• Leading projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the primary owner and design-team liaison.
• Overseeing project budget, cost control, forecasting, and change management to meet profitability goals.
• Developing and maintaining the overall project schedule, coordinating closely with field leadership.
• Negotiating and managing major subcontracts, procurement, and contract compliance.
• Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Driving quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to building codes and specifications.
• Managing, mentoring, and developing project teams including PMs, APMs, and Project Engineers.
• Maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and support future business opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

The Senior MEP Project Manager - Top 30 ENR GC should have the following:

• 7+ years of progressive project management experience
• Data Center project experience is required - if not, then needs to have complex, large-scale projects
• Demonstrated success overseeing multimillion-dollar portfolios.
• Strong financial, contractual, and operational understanding of general construction.
• Excellent communication skills with proven client-facing experience.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
