What You’ll Do
Lead multiple commercial projects or a single large, complex project from preconstruction through closeout.
Direct project financials, schedules, forecasting, change orders, billing, and profitability.
Partner with Senior Superintendents, General Superintendents, and field leadership to drive successful project execution.
Lead Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers while mentoring future leaders.
Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
Identify and resolve project risks while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule of performance.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
Proven success leading $50M+ commercial projects or multiple concurrent projects.
Experience in managing and developing project management teams.
Strong financial, contract administration, scheduling, and leadership skills.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
OSHA knowledge is required.
Travel is required.
