    What You’ll Do 

    • Lead multiple commercial projects or a single large, complex project from preconstruction through closeout.  

    • Direct project financials, schedules, forecasting, change orders, billing, and profitability.  

    • Partner with Senior Superintendents, General Superintendents, and field leadership to drive successful project execution.  

    • Lead Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers while mentoring future leaders.  

    • Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors.  

    • Identify and resolve project risks while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule of performance.  

    What We’re Looking For 

    • 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.  

    • Proven success leading $50M+ commercial projects or multiple concurrent projects.  

    • Experience in managing and developing project management teams.  

    • Strong financial, contract administration, scheduling, and leadership skills.  

    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.  

    • OSHA knowledge is required.  

    • Travel is required.
