Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Manager with 7 to 11 years of experience in Project Management to lead and optimize resource stakeholder benefits quality and project planning management processes

Job Description

Lead and oversee comprehensive project management activities across multiple projects within the organization Develop and implement strategies for effective resource allocation and utilization to maximize productivity Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives and expectations Drive benefits management initiatives to realize and measure project value and outcomes Ensure adherence to quality management standards to deliver projects that meet or exceed organizational benchmarks Plan monitor and control project schedules budgets and deliverables to achieve successful project execution Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to facilitate smooth project workflows and communication

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and optimize resource management processes ensuring the right skills are available and effectively deployed

Engage with stakeholders at various levels to communicate project progress risks and resolutions

Lead benefits realization efforts by tracking and reporting on project benefits and ensuring alignment with business goals

Implement and oversee quality management frameworks to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle

Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and risk mitigation strategies

Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary

Mentor and guide project managers and team members to enhance project delivery capabilities

Facilitate regular project review meetings and status reporting to senior leadership

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits

Compensation range: $ 110,000.00 to 130,000.00 per year
