Own full P&L on $2-3M electronic security integration projects (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire/life safety) from award through closeout
Build and maintain schedules in Microsoft Project, track critical path, and flag risk before it becomes a client escalation
Own time, scope, and budget while the account executive manages the client relationship and the account manager handles change orders
Read and work directly from architectural, electrical, and low-voltage drawing packages
Deliver accurate WIP reports, cost-to-complete forecasts, and AIA billing (G702/G703) on schedule, every time

Owned project P&L directly, with healthy margin accountability
Built and defended real schedules in Microsoft Project under client pressure
