Job Description

  • Project Management: Lead daily construction operations across multiple luxury residential projects.
  • Team Leadership: Conduct and lead project meetings with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors.
  • Schedule Management: Develop, maintain, and track detailed project schedules and milestones.
  • Safety Compliance: Identify potential project risks and proactively implement solutions to avoid delays.
  • Documentation: Support invoicing, reporting, and project documentation processes.
  • Quality Control: Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets design intent and project specifications.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience managing luxury residential construction projects.
  • Proven experience with custom homes, ground-up residential construction, major renovations, and additions up to $5 million.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and project execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working directly with architects, designers, and homeowners.
  • Strong scheduling and project planning capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor suited for luxury residential clientele.
