Job DetailsAs a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of luxury single-family residential construction projects from planning through completion. You will play a critical role in managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project quality while ensuring every detail meets the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing
Project Management & Execution
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of luxury single-family residential construction projects valued at $3M–$15M+.
- Develop, review, and manage comprehensive construction programs, including project plans, site logistics, equipment, manpower requirements, budgets, and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
- Conduct daily project reviews to evaluate progress, identify potential issues, and maintain alignment with project goals.
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and accessible project records, ensuring all requests, commitments, and follow-up items are tracked through completion.
Scheduling & Coordination
- Prepare and maintain weekly project schedules, coordinating activities across trades and project stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate required inspections to support project milestones and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Partner with field Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, designers, and clients to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
Financial & Subcontractor Management
- Review and approve work-in-process payment requests, ensuring completed work is accurately documented and aligned with contract requirements.
- Review subcontract agreements and monitor subcontractor performance throughout the project.
- Conduct periodic subcontractor evaluations and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality, accountability, and strong trade relationships.
- Help identify potential cost, schedule, and quality risks and take proactive steps to address them.
Quality, Safety & Team Leadership
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved plans, specifications, and company standards.
- Maintain an organized, safe, and positive work environment across project sites.
- Promote clear communication, accountability, and collaboration among project teams and trade partners.
- Support the delivery of exceptional craftsmanship and a high-quality client experience.
What We're Looking For
- Proven luxury residential construction experience as a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, or Superintendent.
- Experience managing or overseeing luxury single-family homes valued at $3M+.
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes, project scheduling, budgets, and subcontractor management.
- Ability to read, interpret, and review construction plans and specifications.
- Experience coordinating multiple trades, inspections, equipment, and manpower needs.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards for quality and execution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to project management.
