Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager will report to Executive Leadership and be responsible for leading all phases of a large-scale data center project from mobilization through closeout while managing project teams, client relationships, financial performance, and overall project execution. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead project planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout activities
- Oversee project financials, forecasting, cost control, billing, and profitability
- Provide leadership to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and field staff
- Manage subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, buyouts, and scope management
- Drive schedule performance while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks
- Maintain strong relationships with ownership groups, design teams, and trade partners
- Mentor and develop project management staff while helping build a high-performing project team

For the Senior Project Manager, we are seeking:
- 10+ years of commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or large-scale construction experience
- Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Experience leading project teams and mentoring Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration
- Experience working with owners, consultants, and subcontractors on complex projects
- Data center experience strongly preferred but not required
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and client-facing skills
- OSHA knowledge with a safety-first mindset
