The Sr. Project Manager plays a pivotal role in guiding and supporting project managers and team leads. This position requires enforcing company and project rules, maintaining strong communication with clients, and ensuring that projects are built according to plans and contracts. The role involves managing the project budget, maintaining current schedules with input from team members and subcontractors, and working in line with company values, ethics, and goals. Additionally, the Sr. Project Manager represents the company to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
