An established civil engineering and land development firm is hiring a Senior Project Manager, Land Development in the East Bay (Oakland).

What you'll do:

• Lead a land development team delivering residential, commercial and mixed-use projects
• Manage project budgets, schedules, proposals and client relationships
• Mentor engineers and designers and review plans for quality

What you bring:

• PE license (California)
• 12+ years of land development experience with project management

What's offered:

• $170K-$215K base salary, depending on experience
