As a family-owned organization, they have built a reputation for delivering complex projects across commercial, healthcare, and institutional markets.Job DescriptionServe as the Lead Project Manager on a high-profile Lab & Research Facility project with a 24-36 month duration. Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and execution efforts. Collaborate closely with field operations and project teams, including an Assistant Project Manager, Assistant Superintendent, and Lead Superintendent. Oversee project financial performance, including cost controls, forecasting, change management, and reporting. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Proven experience managing large-scale projects valued between $30M-$50M+. Background in higher education, institutional, laboratory, public-sector, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or similarly complex construction projects. Design-build project experience is highly preferred. Strong client-facing presence with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, solve problems proactively, and navigate complex project challenges. Known for being hardworking, loyal, honest, and dependable.
